To implement and activate institutional measurement and evaluation systems in accordance with performance quality standards for all elements and outcomes of the educational process.
To establish fair and transparent assessment systems based on reliable quantitative and qualitative data, while employing modern educational and technological tools to enhance fairness and efficiency.
Objectives:

Promote a culture of measurement and evaluation among faculty members, students, and administrative staff.

Train and qualify academic and administrative personnel in designing and assessing examinations according to quality standards, including modern assessment strategies and the development of question banks.

Adopt advanced assessment methods (student evaluation, electronic exams, automated grading, oral and practical tests).

Develop question banks in line with modern specifications, link them to learning outcomes, and conduct statistical analyses (difficulty indices, reliability, and validity).

Monitor and improve examination systems and performance evaluation through performance indicators, stakeholder satisfaction measurement, and the preparation of periodic reports.

Uphold the ethics of evaluation and ensure fairness and transparency throughout the assessment process.

Support administrative and educational decision-making by providing data and analyses that help diagnose problems and formulate developmental plans.

Strengthen partnerships and coordination with quality assurance units and leading centers at the local and regional levels.
